Our machine workshop enables us to process and adapt components with high precision and quality. With the right equipment and solid experience, we can extend the lifespan of your parts, reduce downtime, and optimize performance in your production. The result is reliable components, shorter lead times, and more cost-effective operations.
Our machining workshop methods.

Cylindrical grinding.
Materials: Steel, stainless steel, hard metal, rubber, and more.
Dimensions: From small components up to Ø 1000 mm and lengths up to 5000 mm.
Surface Finish: We grind and polish surfaces down to Ra 0.02 (depending on the material).
Crowning: We grind crowning using CNC grinding.
Superfinishing: We polish components up to max Ø 1000 mm, L 5000 mm.

CNC turning.
Materials: Steel, stainless steel, hard metal, rubber, and more.
Dimensions: From small components up to Ø 780 mm and lengths up to 10,000 mm.
CNC: CNC machines with driven tools for milling, drilling, threading, etc.
Vertical Turning: Up to Ø 1400 mm and height 1400 mm (depending on geometry).

Milling.
Materials: Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, white metal, brass, plastics, etc.
Dimensions: Max W500 x L2000 x H500 mm (depending on the machine).
CNC: Yes
We mill prototypes/series of smaller components as well as refurbish existing parts.
Line boring in thermally sprayed layers on, for example, bearing housings/end covers/pumps where contact surfaces/bearing surfaces need to be restored.

Line boring.
Materials: Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, white metal, brass, plastics, etc.
Dimensions: Max W1100 x L1500 x H1100 mm (up to 3 tons).
We machine components where geometry or size requires the capabilities of a line boring machine.
Often used for refurbishing components that require coatings and restoration of surfaces to their correct dimensions.
We work with most materials and frequently in thermally sprayed layers on, for example, bearing housings/end covers/pumps where contact surfaces/bearing surfaces need to be restored.
For larger sliding bearings, we replace white metal/babbitt using thermal spraying and machine them back to their original dimensions.
